SPARC Q1 FY27 standalone revenue rose to Rs 39.92 crore from Rs 9.64 crore year-on-year, aided by Rs 29.21 crore from termination of CMS licensing deal. Net loss narrowed to Rs 20.98 crore from Rs 52.03 crore. Total expenses rose to Rs 84.56 crore. Consolidated loss was Rs 20.78 crore. Board allotted 3.85 crore convertible warrants to Shanghvi Finance at Rs 155.80 each and approved reclassification of certain promoter group individuals to public.
