Sundram Fasteners reported record-breaking results for FY2026, crossing the Rs 6,000 crore consolidated income milestone for the first time. Consolidated total income reached Rs 6,368.25 crores with EBITDA of Rs 1,075.33 crores, both highest ever. PBT grew to Rs 788.07 crores from Rs 715.00 crores, and PAT increased to Rs 592.85 crores from Rs 541.75 crores year-on-year. For Q4 standalone, revenue was Rs 1,529.09 crores (up 12%), with EBITDA margin expanding from 15.6% to 17.0% due to cost control measures. PBT crossed Rs 200 crores for the first time in a quarter at Rs 231.86 crores (up 33%), while net profit hit a quarterly record of Rs 179.88 crores (up 34%). Exceptional items included reversal of Rs 28.80 crores impairment loss on UK subsidiary investments and Rs 11.02 crores provision for new Labour Codes. The Board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 4.25 per share, taking total dividend for FY2025-26 to Rs 8.00 per share. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion signals efficient cost management. The record revenue and profit figures, combined with consistent dividend payouts, indicate healthy cash generation and shareholder returns. The AGM on June 24, 2026 will give shareholders opportunity to review these results.
