Sundram Fasteners reported record-breaking results for FY26, crossing the Rs 6,000 crore consolidated income milestone. Consolidated total income came in at Rs 6,368.25 crores with the highest-ever EBITDA of Rs 1,075.33 crores. Consolidated PBT stood at Rs 788.07 crores (vs Rs 715 crores) and PAT at Rs 592.85 crores (vs Rs 541.75 crores). On a standalone basis, FY26 PAT grew to Rs 586.62 crores from Rs 500.78 crores. For Q4FY26, standalone total income rose 12% YoY to Rs 1,529.09 crores, with EBITDA margin expanding from 15.6% to 17.0%, and net profit jumping 34% to Rs 179.88 crores. The Board declared a second interim dividend of Rs 4.25/share, taking the total FY26 dividend to Rs 8.00/share. Statutory auditors B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both results.
Strong Q4 and full-year performance with record revenues, higher margins, and a generous 800% total dividend payout is positive for shareholders. The unmodified audit opinion and margin expansion signal operational strength, though investors should note the one-time exceptional items (impairment reversal of Rs 28.80 crores offset by Rs 11.02 crores Labour Codes charge on a standalone basis).
