Sundram Fasteners reported its highest-ever quarterly consolidated revenue, EBITDA, PBT and PAT for Q1 FY26. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,350.17 crores from Rs. 1,310.33 crores YoY (~3% growth), while net profit increased to Rs. 138.35 crores from Rs. 131.64 crores. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 1,533.39 crores with net profit of Rs. 147.94 crores (vs Rs. 142.69 crores). Domestic sales grew 8.78% to Rs. 930.91 crores, but export sales declined to Rs. 379.14 crores from Rs. 422.65 crores. EBITDA was a record Rs. 238.77 crores with a 17.5% margin, supported by gross margin expansion from 57.5% to 59.9%. Statutory auditor B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified limited review report. Capex for the quarter stood at Rs. 71.48 crores.
Positive quarter with record-highs across key metrics and expanding margins signal operational strength. However, the dip in export sales amid U.S. tariff headwinds flagged by management is a near-term watchpoint for shareholders.
