The board approved unaudited standalone results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Half-year operating revenue fell to Rs 86.93 lakh from Rs 88.24 lakh, while net profit dropped 51% to Rs 3.00 lakh from Rs 6.08 lakh; EPS was Rs 0.016. Versus a year earlier, quarterly revenue rose 6% to Rs 48.43 lakh, but profit fell 20% to Rs 1.95 lakh. The review found no material misstatement.
Profit and EPS fell sharply, showing weak earnings momentum for shareholders. No borrowings and no reported review concerns reduce balance-sheet risk.
