Sunil Agro Foods reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) revenue from operations of ₹5,060.59 lakhs, up about 3.3% from ₹4,897.01 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Total income stood at ₹5,179.67 lakhs versus ₹4,960.72 lakhs YoY. However, profit after tax fell sharply to ₹1.47 lakhs from ₹4.99 lakhs YoY, and basic EPS dropped to ₹0.11 from ₹0.17. The company operates in a single segment — manufacturing and trading of wheat and wheat products. Statutory auditors GRV & PK issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter, and the company reported no exceptional or extraordinary items during the quarter.
Despite modest top-line growth, sharply lower profitability signals continued margin pressure for shareholders. The very thin profit base and declining YoY PAT suggest the stock may see limited investor enthusiasm unless margins recover in coming quarters.
