For full year FY25, revenue from operations fell to Rs. 171.84 crores from Rs. 180.21 crores in FY24, a decline of about 4.6%. Despite the lower top line, net profit for the year jumped to Rs. 3.90 crores from Rs. 2.24 crores, a growth of roughly 74%, helped by lower raw material costs and improved margins. Q4 FY25 revenue rose sharply to Rs. 31.72 crores versus Rs. 14.06 crores in Q4 FY24, with Q4 profit at Rs. 1.10 crores. Basic EPS for the year climbed to Rs. 9.29 from Rs. 5.36. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified (clean) opinion with no qualifications. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs. 11.72 crores, though total borrowings of about Rs. 54.95 crores now exceed shareholder equity of Rs. 49.24 crores.
Earnings quality improved on cost control but the balance sheet looks stretched, with total debt running above equity — investors should weigh the profit growth against the high leverage.
