Sunita Tools Limited reported unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose to about ₹1,570.30 lakhs from ₹1,475.41 lakhs in the year-ago period, while net profit jumped around 68% to ₹287.88 lakhs from ₹171.21 lakhs. Standalone total revenue was roughly ₹1,540.62 lakhs with net profit of about ₹311.83 lakhs and EPS of around ₹5.10. The company also swung from negative operating cash flow of about ₹(798) lakhs in H1 FY25 to positive ₹862.09 lakhs in H1 FY26, signalling a strong working-capital turnaround. Statutory auditor K M A & Co issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report on both the standalone and consolidated results. Separately, Mr. Satish Kumar Pandey resigned as CFO and Mr. Ankit Shah (a CA finalist with 19 years of finance experience) was appointed as the new CFO, both effective October 28, 2025.
Sharp profit growth and a return to positive operating cash flow indicate improving business health, which is supportive for shareholders. The simultaneous CFO resignation (notably, by the sitting Managing Director) and replacement at the same board meeting may invite some governance attention despite the new CFO's relevant experience.
