Sunraj Diamond Exports Ltd reported its unaudited Q3 FY26 results (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 140.56 lakhs from Rs. 53.40 lakhs in Q3 FY25 — a ~163% YoY increase. For the 9-month period, revenue rose ~150% to Rs. 231.27 lakhs from Rs. 92.31 lakhs. However, profitability collapsed sharply: Q3 standalone net profit fell to just Rs. 0.88 lakhs (from Rs. 11.19 lakhs), and 9M net profit dropped ~92% to Rs. 2.37 lakhs (from Rs. 31.53 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, the 9-month result slipped into a small loss of Rs. (0.26) lakhs versus a Rs. 31.20 lakh profit a year ago, dragged by its subsidiary Sunraj Diamonds DMCC. The statutory auditor, M/s Govind Prasad & Co., issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong revenue growth has not translated into profits — margins have been severely compressed, hinting at thin trading spreads in gems and precious metals. Short-term stock sentiment is likely negative until the company demonstrates margin recovery; the small consolidated loss is a yellow flag for shareholders.
