Sunteck reported Q2 FY27 presales of INR824 crore and collections of INR371 crore. H1 revenue rose 16% to INR5.1 billion, EBITDA 23% to INR1.6 billion, and PAT 20% to INR1 billion; embedded EBITDA margin expanded 160 bps to 30%. Net operating cash flow rose 27% to INR3.5 billion. Management targets 25% full-year presales growth, backed by an INR70 billion H2 launch pipeline. It also bought 4.5 acres in Borivali West and expects further land deals, while deferring the Dubai launch.
Sales and profit growth support sentiment. The INR70 billion launch pipeline aids visibility, while the Dubai launch delay is a near-term negative.
