On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.8 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sunteck Realty reported Q2 FY27 pre-sales of Rs 824 crore, up 17 percent year on year, revenue of Rs 321 crore, up 27 percent, and PAT of Rs 57 crore, up 17 percent. H1 pre-sales rose 19 percent to Rs 1,611 crore and PAT rose 20 percent to Rs 99 crore. Q2 EBITDA rose 13 percent to Rs 89 crore, although margin narrowed to 28 percent from 31 percent. Net debt to equity was 0.09x and total GDV reached Rs 46,880 crore.
Strong sales, profit and cash flow support the stock, while low borrowing adds financial strength; Q2 margin compression is a near-term concern.
