The Board of Super Sales India Limited has fixed 21st July, 2025 as the date for its 43rd Annual General Meeting. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) on equity shares of Rs. 10 each, subject to shareholder approval. The company reported FY25 revenue from operations of Rs. 40,377.49 lakhs, down about 3.7% from Rs. 41,918.39 lakhs in FY24, and swung to a net loss of Rs. 175.88 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs. 1,986.72 lakhs last year (which included an exceptional gain of Rs. 211.38 lakhs from land compensation). The Engineering and Agency divisions saw revenue declines while the Textile division grew. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results, and operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 2,901.18 lakhs.
Despite a dividend being maintained, shareholders will note the sharp swing from profit to loss and the revenue decline in two of three segments, though the losses were driven by non-cash depreciation and finance costs rather than operational deterioration. The unmodified audit opinion and positive operating cash flow provide some comfort, but the stock may react negatively to the earnings reversal.
