The Board of Superior Industrial Enterprises approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose to Rs 271.77 lakhs in Q2 FY26 (vs Rs 229.64 lakhs in Q2 FY25), with H1 revenue at Rs 734.63 lakhs (vs Rs 639.96 lakhs). Standalone net profit grew to Rs 28.90 lakhs in Q2 (vs Rs 16.09 lakhs) and Rs 83.80 lakhs in H1 (vs Rs 62.30 lakhs), with EPS rising to Rs 0.61 for H1. Consolidated revenue surged 33% YoY in Q2 to Rs 704.35 lakhs, but H1 consolidated net profit dipped to Rs 161.74 lakhs from Rs 212.27 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both sets of results, with an Emphasis of Matter noting that investments are valued based on March 31, 2025 audited financials. The Board also reconstituted key committees, appointing Mr. Gaurav Kumar Gupta as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Standalone earnings show healthy growth with PAT up nearly 80% YoY in Q2, which is positive for shareholders. However, the consolidated picture is mixed — H1 profit declined ~24% YoY due to subsidiary-level performance and tax adjustments. The clean audit opinion with only an emphasis-of-matter disclosure (not a qualification) should not materially concern investors. The committee leadership change is a routine governance update.
