Supershakti Metaliks Ltd reported standalone revenue of Rs 70,510 Lakhs for FY 2025-26, down 4.3% from Rs 73,704 Lakhs in the previous year. Standalone net profit declined to Rs 857 Lakhs from Rs 1,243 Lakhs, a 31% fall, impacted by lower revenue and an exceptional charge of Rs 88.57 Lakhs due to new labour codes implementation. On a consolidated basis (including associate Giridhan Metal Private Limited), net profit more than doubled to Rs 2,767 Lakhs from Rs 1,290 Lakhs, driven by Rs 1,910 Lakhs share of profit from the associate. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 362 Lakhs due to working capital changes despite lower inventory and receivables. The board recommended a 5% dividend (Rs 0.50 per share).
Standalone revenue and profit declined year-on-year, though consolidated profit surged due to associate earnings. The negative operating cashflow is a concern despite the associate contribution boosting overall profitability.
