The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with the appointment of M/s. S. Venkatadri & Co as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. On a standalone basis, the company reported zero revenue from operations and a net loss of Rs 50.24 lakhs for FY25, versus a Rs 1.39 lakh loss in FY24. Consolidated results showed a much wider loss of Rs 116.79 lakhs for FY25 with total income of only Rs 16.08 lakhs, after factoring in two newly acquired subsidiaries — Rasvat Food Specialities (Oct 2024) and Celest Hospitalities (Mar 2025). Reserves remain deeply negative at Rs (706.73) lakhs on a consolidated basis, and net cash from operating activities was negative Rs 277.79 lakhs (standalone) and Rs 171.43 lakhs (consolidated). Statutory auditor NSVR & Associates LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both sets of results.
Shareholders should note the company remains loss-making with negative reserves, no operational revenue, and continued cash burn despite unmodified audit opinions. The appointment of a new internal auditor and the recent subsidiary acquisitions suggest management is attempting to rebuild business activity, but near-term fundamentals remain weak.
