Promoter Koppuravuri Naga Venkata Shyam Anirudh along with 29 Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) acquired 33,70,000 equity shares (14.25%) of Supra Trends Ltd on May 26, 2026, through conversion of warrants into equity. The acquisition was disclosed on May 29, 2026. Total share capital expanded from Rs. 13.53 crore to Rs. 23.66 crore shares due to this conversion. Post-acquisition, the promoter group's holding stands at 45.15% of total share capital, down from 54.00% before the transaction. The warrants (which represented 17.15% on diluted basis) have been fully converted.
The warrant conversion has increased total equity capital significantly, resulting in dilution of the promoter group's stake from 54% to 45.15%. While their absolute shareholding increased by 33.7 lakh shares, the large increase in total shares means their percentage holding declined by nearly 9 percentage points.
