On the reaction day the stock moved 3.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NSE granted preliminary approval for Supreme Engineering to issue 280.97 million equity shares at Rs 2.60 each, including a Rs 1.60 premium over the Rs 1 face value, for up to Rs 73.05 crore. It also approved 145 million convertible warrants at the same price, worth up to Rs 37.70 crore. The total possible raise is Rs 110.75 crore, subject to other approvals and conditions.
The potential capital raise is about Rs 110.75 crore, but new shares and warrant conversion may dilute existing holders. Other approvals and conditions remain pending.
