The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share (600%) for financial year 2026-27 for shareholders on the October 30, 2026 record date. With 127,026,870 shares, the payout is about Rs 152.43 crore. September-quarter revenue rose 40% year on year to Rs 3,361.27 crore, while profit after tax rose 59% to Rs 262.44 crore. Half-year profit was Rs 543.16 crore.
The sizeable interim payout signals strong cash generation and may support the stock, but the dividend yield cannot be confirmed without the market price.
