Supreme Industries Limited reported strong FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of Rs. 11,217.68 crores, up 7.4% from Rs. 10,446.25 crores in FY2025. Net profit after tax (consolidated) stood at Rs. 953.98 crores compared to Rs. 960.88 crores in the previous year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 25 per share (1250% on Rs. 2 face value), which together with the interim dividend of Rs. 11 already paid aggregates to Rs. 36 per share for FY2026, up from Rs. 34 per share in FY2025. Total dividend outflow will be Rs. 457 crores versus Rs. 432 crores last year. The company also announced appointment of MSKA & Associates LLP as new statutory auditors for 5 years, replacing Lodha & Co. LLP. The 84th AGM is scheduled for July 3, 2026 with book closure from June 20 to July 3, 2026.
The company delivered revenue growth and maintained near-flat profit despite a slight decline in consolidated PAT. The increase in total dividend per share signals continued shareholder-friendly policies and strong cash generation. Shares will trade ex-dividend from June 26, 2026 (record date).
