Nine-month PAT was Rs 159.27 crore versus Rs 283.64 crore last year. Company booked Rs 7.09 crore as exceptional item on account of new Labour Codes impact. New ABS plant at Amdoshi, commissioned Sept 2025, saw operations suspended in Dec 2025 due to equipment malfunction. Company remains debt free.
Sharp profit decline and ABS plant disruption may weigh on sentiment. Watch for plant restoration timeline and margin recovery.
