Supriya Lifescience reported audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 8,278.75 million in FY26 from Rs 6,964.85 million in FY25, representing approximately 19% growth. Profit after tax increased to Rs 2,091.20 million from Rs 1,879.58 million, marking an 11% increase year-on-year. The Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 2,765.28 million with PAT of Rs 742.29 million, showing strong sequential and year-on-year improvement. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per equity share (50% on face value of Rs 2 each), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the CFO confirmed clean audit status. An exceptional item of Rs 4.58 million was recorded due to incremental employee benefit costs from new labour codes effective November 2025.
Positive for shareholders with strong revenue and profit growth, clean audit opinion removing any concerns, and dividend declaration providing shareholder returns. The margin improvement (profit growing faster than revenue) signals operational efficiency gains.
