Board approved Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue 838.63 lakhs, down 17% YoY from 1,012.80 lakhs. Standalone net profit jumped to 1,737.85 lakhs from a 31.68 lakh loss, driven mainly by a 1,633.62 lakh one-time exceptional gain from remeasuring investment in former associate Shri Gang Industries, which ceased to be an associate in June 2026. Consolidated revenue grew sharply to 7,278.39 lakhs versus 1,839.97 lakhs YoY. Internal auditor M/s Padam Dinesh and Co re-appointed for FY27.
Profit spike is largely a one-time accounting gain, not core operations. Standalone revenue declined 17% YoY, signalling weak underlying business. Sustainability is the key concern.
