Surana Telecom reported standalone revenue of Rs 5,403.30 lakhs for FY26, up 557% from Rs 821.63 lakhs in FY25, driven primarily by the trading segment. However, PAT remained nearly flat at Rs 2,453.94 lakhs vs Rs 2,468.09 lakhs previously. Consolidated revenue was Rs 6,079.49 lakhs with PAT of Rs 2,164.08 lakhs vs Rs 2,344.19 lakhs. Other Income includes a one-time profit of Rs 2,340.66 lakhs from asset sale. The company recorded significant losses from dismantling of solar plants (Rs 154.91 lakhs and Rs 422.76 lakhs). Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs -4,044.90 lakhs (standalone), while borrowings increased sharply from Rs 883.70 lakhs to Rs 5,993.69 lakhs. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Board approved disinvestment of up to 49% stake in Bhagyanagar Solar Private Limited and reappointed a Whole-time Director.
Revenue surge appears inflated by one-time asset sale gains while underlying profitability declined. Sharp increase in debt and negative operating cash flow raise concerns about financial health despite clean audit opinion.
