Surya India Ltd's Board of Directors met on 13 February 2026 and approved the unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) and the nine-month period ended 31 Dec 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹234.52 lakhs in Q3 FY26, up about 29.5% from ₹181.03 lakhs in Q3 FY25, while nine-month revenue grew to ₹549.79 lakhs from ₹421.34 lakhs (about 30.5% YoY). Profit after tax jumped to ₹113.70 lakhs in Q3 (vs ₹80.47 lakhs YoY) and ₹218.63 lakhs for the nine months (vs ₹138.39 lakhs), reflecting strong bottom-line growth. Total comprehensive income for 9M FY26 stood at ₹222.66 lakhs versus ₹141.14 lakhs a year earlier. The statutory auditor, M/s P. R. Kumar & Co., issued an unqualified limited review report on the results. Segment revenue comes from Financing Activities (₹80.41 lakhs in Q3) and Rental from Immovable Properties (₹154.11 lakhs in Q3).
Strong YoY growth in both revenue and profit indicates improving business momentum and may be viewed positively by shareholders; however, absolute revenue remains small (₵ under 6 crores for nine months) and prior-year full-year PAT was inflated by ₹1,348.35 lakhs of other income, so underlying operational sustainability should be watched.
