Surya Roshni posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 1,927 crore, up 3.2% year on year, but net profit fell 11.4% to Rs 79.6 crore. For nine months, revenue rose 1.6% to Rs 5,377 crore while profit declined 14.2% to Rs 187 crore. Both segments, Steel Pipes and Lighting, reported lower profitability. EPS was Rs 3.66 versus Rs 4.13, adjusted for the 1:1 bonus issue in January 2025. The auditor gave an unmodified review report.
Mixed results: top line growth modest while profitability slipped across both segments. Margin pressure may weigh on investor sentiment in the near term.
