Surya Roshni Limited reported Q4FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,163 crore, broadly stable YoY but up 12% sequentially. EBITDA stood at ₹170 crore with margins of 7.9%, though down from ₹211 crore in Q4FY25. PAT improved sequentially by 23% to ₹98 crore but declined 24% YoY. For FY26, revenue grew marginally by 1% to ₹7,540 crore while PAT fell 18% to ₹286 crore. The Lighting & Consumer Durables segment achieved its highest-ever revenue of ₹501 crore in Q4, growing 9% YoY. Steel Pipes & Strips reported revenues of ₹1,662 crore with sales volumes of 2.6 lakh tonnes (also a record). The company maintains a strong balance sheet with net cash surplus of ₹337 crore and zero debt. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share.
While the company delivered sequential recovery in Q4 with improved profitability and margins, year-on-year performance shows pressure from elevated steel prices and geopolitical disruptions affecting exports. The strong cash position and order book of ₹1,160 crore provide stability, though investors may remain cautious given the YoY decline in profitability.
