Surya Roshni Limited reported Q4FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,163 crore, broadly stable YoY with 12% sequential growth. EBITDA stood at ₹170 crore with margins of 7.9%, while PAT improved 23% QoQ to ₹98 crore but declined 24% YoY from ₹130 crore. For FY26, consolidated revenue grew marginally by 1% to ₹7,540 crore while PAT fell 18% to ₹286 crore versus ₹347 crore in FY25. The Lighting & Consumer Durables segment delivered 9% YoY revenue growth in Q4 to ₹501 crore (ever highest), while Steel Pipes & Strips reported ₹1,662 crore revenue with sales volumes of 2.6 lakh tonnes (ever highest). The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements. The company declared a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share and maintained net cash surplus of ₹337 crore with zero debt.
The stock may face pressure due to 18% PAT decline for FY26 and EBITDA margin compression, despite sequential recovery in Q4 and strong order book visibility of ₹1,160 crore. Positive signals include record segment sales, cash surplus position, and improving export opportunities.
