Surya Roshni reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 1,927 crore, up 3.2 percent YoY from Rs 1,868 crore. However, PAT fell 11 percent to Rs 79.6 crore from Rs 89.9 crore, with PBT down 11 percent to Rs 107.4 crore. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 1.6 percent to Rs 5,377 crore while PAT declined 14 percent to Rs 187 crore. EBITDA margins compressed about 65 bps YoY. Both Steel Pipe and Lighting segments saw lower profits. Auditor gave unmodified limited review.
Margins under pressure despite steady revenue. Profit decline and EBITDA margin compression may weigh on short-term sentiment despite large segment scale.
