The issue opened on February 19, 2026 and closed on March 6, 2026, with allotment approved by the Board on March 9, 2026. As a result, the company's paid-up share capital has increased from ₹3.96 crore (39,60,000 shares) to ₹6.93 crore (69,30,000 shares), a jump of about 75%. Cameo Corporate Services acted as registrar to the issue and BSE was the designated stock exchange.
