The board approved the audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025, along with a clean (unmodified) auditor's opinion from M/s D G M S & Co. For FY25, the company reported total income of just Rs 0.21 lakh against total expenses of Rs 14.42 lakhs, resulting in a net loss of Rs 14.21 lakhs, far wider than the Rs 3.37 lakh loss in FY24. Loss per share worsened to Rs (0.58) from Rs (0.14). The balance sheet shows total assets of just Rs 2.11 lakhs and total equity at a deeply negative Rs (14.31) lakhs, with current liabilities of Rs 16.42 lakhs. Operating cash flow stayed negative at Rs (9.29) lakhs, partly offset by Rs 6.94 lakhs from financing activities. The board also appointed a new secretarial auditor for FY25 and a new internal auditor for FY26.
Despite the clean audit opinion, the business shows minimal revenue, recurring and widening losses, deeply negative shareholder equity, and a near-empty asset base, raising serious concerns about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Shareholders should treat this stock with extreme caution.
