NCLT Mumbai admitted CIRP against SVP Global Textiles subsidiary Shrivallabh Pittie Enterprises Pvt Ltd on September 3, 2026, filed by Canara Bank under Section 7 of IBC over a default of about 75.94 crore. The subsidiary acted as corporate guarantor for Shrivallabh Pittie South West Industries Ltd, which already entered CIRP in October 2023. Mr. Sunil Kumar Kabra appointed as Interim Resolution Professional. Moratorium declared and subsidiary management now vests in IRP.
