The board approved SVS Ventures' standalone unaudited financial results for H1 FY26 (April-September 2025) along with the limited review report from statutory auditor J.M. Patel & Bros. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 17 lakhs, entirely from commission income, compared with nil in the same period last year. Profit before tax and profit after tax came in at Rs 2.20 lakhs versus Rs 1.06 lakhs in H1 FY25, while EPS was Rs 0.01. The auditor issued an unmodified limited review conclusion on the H1 numbers but flagged an Emphasis of Matter highlighting that the FY25 annual audit had carried a qualified opinion due to non-receipt of confirmations for certain debit, credit, loan, advance, and investment balances, an uncertainty that carries into the current period though partly addressed for investments.
Results are marginally positive with PAT more than doubling year-on-year, but the topline is purely commission-based and very small, so there is little operational read-through. Shareholders should note the lingering qualified opinion from the FY25 audit and unresolved balance confirmations, which remain a governance and disclosure risk for the stock.
