The promoter group acquired 5,210,000 shares, or 22.53%, through a preferential issue on 22 October 2026. Its disclosed holding increased from 37,83,571 shares (34.97%) to 89,93,571 shares (38.89%), remaining below 50%. Total equity capital increased to 2,31,27,950 shares of Rs 10 each.
The purchase strengthens promoter ownership, while the new share issue dilutes existing shareholders' ownership. The disclosed holding remains below 50%.
