On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Swan Defence Q2 FY27 standalone revenue from operations rose 74 percent YoY to Rs 68.85 cr versus Rs 39.57 cr. H1 revenue grew to Rs 99.46 cr from Rs 39.99 cr. PAT swung to Rs 567.10 cr from a Rs 1.01 cr loss, driven mainly by a one-time Rs 563.15 cr tax provision write-back from the books of merged Triumph Offshore (TOPL). The NCLT-approved merger took effect September 17, 2026. Comparatives have been restated to give effect to the amalgamation from April 1, 2024.
PAT looks inflated by one-time tax write-back; underlying operations still small. Watch for real revenue and order book traction post-merger.
