Swaraj Engines reported record annual performance for FY26 with revenue from operations growing 19.3% to Rs. 2,007 crore from Rs. 1,682 crore. Profit after tax rose 18.3% to Rs. 196.31 crore, the highest ever for any financial year. The company crossed the 2 lakh engine sales mark for the first time, selling 2,02,771 units versus 1,68,820 units last year. Q4 saw 20.1% PAT growth to Rs. 54.56 crore with engine sales of 55,004 units. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 110 per share (1100%). Operating cash flow declined to Rs. 116.52 crore from Rs. 176.67 crore, with trade receivables increasing by Rs. 2,896 lakh and other current assets rising sharply to Rs. 11,241 lakh. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
Strong revenue and profit growth demonstrates sustained operational strength, but the sharp increase in trade receivables and other current assets raising working capital concerns may weigh on investor sentiment despite record dividends.
