Sujathaa Mehta along with persons acting in concert, namely Shrreyans Mehta, Arihanth Mehta and Simran Sureshchand, who are not part of the promoter group, sold 4,08,000 equity shares (2.10% of paid-up capital) of Swashthik Plascon Limited through the open market. The sales were done in four tranches between 25 May 2026 and 23 July 2026. Their combined holding fell from 9.31% (18,12,599 shares) to 7.21% (14,04,599 shares) after the transactions.
