Swasth Foodtech India Ltd reported audited results for FY25 with revenue from operations of Rs. 16,863.88 lakhs, up about 27% from Rs. 13,324.98 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 240.97 lakhs (from Rs. 193.34 lakhs), and EPS improved to Rs. 5.45 from Rs. 4.53. The board declared no dividend for FY25. The statutory auditor (Baid Agarwal Singhi & Co.) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The company also appointed B J B & Associates as internal auditor and re-appointed Kirti Sharma & Associates as secretarial auditor for five years (FY26–FY30).
Strong revenue growth and higher profits are positive for shareholders, but cash flow from operations was negative at Rs. (398.26) lakhs despite positive PAT, and trade receivables surged sharply to Rs. 699.32 lakhs from Rs. 84.98 lakhs, suggesting working capital stress. No dividend declared means income-seeking investors won't get a payout this year.
