Swasth Foodtech India reported its H1 FY26 results (six months ended Sept 30, 2025) with revenue from operations of ₹9,973.08 lakhs, up roughly 13% from ₹8,828.95 lakhs in H1 FY25. Despite this top-line growth, the company swung to a net loss of about ₹(261) lakhs, compared to a profit of ₹182.27 lakhs a year ago, with EPS turning negative at ₹(4.46) versus ₹4.27. Operating cash flow remained deeply negative at roughly ₹(293) lakhs in H1 FY26, continuing the trend from FY25 when it was ₹(398) lakhs. The balance sheet shows short-term borrowings of ₹1,990.44 lakhs against shareholders' funds of ₹1,974.96 lakhs, indicating elevated leverage. The auditor (Baid Agarwal Singhi & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report, and the board confirmed no deviation in IPO proceeds usage, with ₹1,146.46 lakhs utilised out of the ₹1,492.34 lakhs raised.
The sharp swing from profit to loss and continued negative operating cash flow point to real profitability and cash flow stress despite revenue growth. Shareholders may see the stock react negatively given the weak bottom-line, falling reserves, and high reliance on short-term borrowings.
