The Board of Swasth Foodtech India approved audited standalone financial results for the half year and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with the annual financial statement. Revenue from operations grew to Rs. 16,863.88 lakhs from Rs. 13,324.98 lakhs in FY24, a rise of about 26.6%. Profit after tax rose to Rs. 240.97 lakhs from Rs. 193.34 lakhs, and EPS improved to Rs. 5.45 from Rs. 4.53. The Board declared no dividend for FY25, the same as FY24. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. M/s B J B & Associates was appointed as internal auditor for FY26, and M/s Kirti Sharma & Associates was reappointed as secretarial auditor for five years (FY26 to FY30), subject to shareholder approval.
Strong topline growth of over 26% and a ~25% rise in profits signal healthy business momentum, which is positive for shareholders. However, the decision to skip dividend may disappoint income-focused investors, and the company is still in early growth mode with relatively small absolute profits.
