The Board of Swasti Vinayaka Art and Heritage Corporation approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 on November 14, 2025. H1 FY26 revenue from operations rose ~13% YoY to Rs. 1,363 lakh, while net profit surged ~151% to Rs. 222 lakh versus Rs. 88 lakh in H1 FY25, driven by sharp margin expansion. However, Q2 standalone revenue fell sharply ~47% YoY to Rs. 367 lakh from Rs. 692 lakh, though profit after tax remained flat at Rs. 77 lakh helped by lower total expenses. EPS for H1 stood at Rs. 0.25 versus Rs. 0.10 last year. The auditor, Sanjay Raja Jain & Co., issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Mixed picture: the strong ~151% jump in H1 profit and margin expansion are positives, but the steep Q2 revenue decline is a concern that investors should monitor for persistence. The small-cap, low-float nature of the stock means earnings results may not move the price materially on their own.
