Swastika Investmart has filed its 33rd Annual Report for FY 2024-25, with the AGM scheduled for June 27, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew 23% year-on-year to ₹14,058.47 lakhs, while consolidated profit after tax rose 62% to ₹1,989.19 lakhs. Standalone numbers were even stronger, with revenue up 22% to ₹13,522.11 lakhs and PAT up 83% to ₹2,212.91 lakhs. The investment banking division posted its highest-ever revenue of ₹1,610.92 lakhs, a 288% jump. The company also executed a 5:1 stock split (₹10 face value to ₹2) in September 2024, launched a new wealth management brand called Avisa Wealth, and incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Avisa Wealth Manager Pvt Ltd. A dividend of ₹0.60 per share (30%) has been recommended, and no exceptional or extraordinary items were reported.
Strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profit, along with a record investment banking performance, signals robust business momentum for shareholders. The stock split improves liquidity and retail accessibility, while the new wealth management foray under Avisa could open an additional growth avenue.
