Swati Projects submitted its Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 Sept 2025) unaudited results on 14 Nov 2025 for both standalone and consolidated bases. On a standalone basis, profit before tax rose to around ₹83.7 lakh versus ₹47 lakh in the same quarter last year, with net profit roughly doubling to about ₹73 lakh from ₹35 lakh. On a consolidated basis, the company swung from a loss of about ₹82 lakh in Q2 FY25 to a profit of roughly ₹580 lakh in Q2 FY26, helped by subsidiary Radhashree Roadsters and Radhashree Apartments. Operating cash flow was positive on both bases. Auditor M Modi & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report, noting no material misstatements. The company also confirmed no deviation in the use of IPO proceeds and that it has no outstanding debentures.
Sharply improved profitability and a turnaround on a consolidated basis are positive signals for shareholders, though the jump is driven mainly by subsidiaries and the standalone business remains small. No red flags from the auditor.
