Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
SWELECT's Board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 11,948.55 lakhs from Rs. 6,563.90 lakhs YoY (~82% growth), while net profit surged to Rs. 1,867.81 lakhs from Rs. 403.81 lakhs (~362% growth), with EPS at Rs. 12.32 vs Rs. 2.66. On a consolidated basis, however, revenue declined to Rs. 13,077.21 lakhs from Rs. 17,722.48 lakhs (~26% drop) and net profit fell to Rs. 765.33 lakhs from Rs. 2,113.96 lakhs. The Board approved an additional investment of up to Rs. 5.52 crore in wholly-owned subsidiary SWELECT Sunpower Plus for a 5 MW solar plant in Karnataka (status will change from WOS to subsidiary at 86.10%). The proposed acquisition of Dexler Solar Park Phase 1 has been kept in abeyance. Deloitte issued an unmodified (clean) review report. Note: One subsidiary provided Rs. 800 lakhs for potential litigation contingencies.
Mixed signals: Standalone performance shows exceptional revenue and profit growth driven by the core solar business, while consolidated numbers are weaker, suggesting pressure at subsidiary level. The new solar investment signals continued capacity expansion, but the deferred acquisition and Rs. 800 lakhs contingency provision warrant monitoring. Short-term stock reaction may depend on how investors weigh the strong standalone growth against the consolidated decline and subsidiary-level contingencies.
