SWELECT Energy reported Q1 FY27 results. Standalone PAT jumped 362.5% to Rs 18.7 cr as revenue rose 82% to Rs 119.5 cr and EBITDA doubled. Consolidated PAT fell 63.8% to Rs 7.65 cr as revenue dropped 26% to Rs 130.8 cr, hit by ALMM 2 policy uncertainty that delayed customer orders in May-July 2026. The firm set aside Rs 8 cr for contingencies. Outlook: investing 110 MW in IPP projects, acquiring 140 MW solar parks in Rajasthan, and chasing two large EPC orders.
Standalone shines with 362% PAT growth on margin gains, consolidated down 64% on policy demand slump. Rs 8 cr contingency hit and IPP acquisitions add both risk and growth potential.
