Swojas Foods Limited reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹3,323.64 lakhs, down about 7.9% from ₹3,607.39 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, for the nine months ended December 2025, revenue more than doubled to ₹9,991.29 lakhs versus ₹4,390.28 lakhs in 9M FY25 — a growth of roughly 127%, and already surpassing the full FY25 revenue of ₹7,177.41 lakhs. Net profit for the quarter fell sharply to ₹35.84 lakhs from ₹201.19 lakhs YoY, and 9M PAT dropped to ₹94.43 lakhs from ₹232.10 lakhs. The company's reserves continue to be negative at ₹(2,455.66) lakhs as of March 31, 2025. The statutory auditor (VSSB & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Strong 9M revenue growth is encouraging, but the steep year-on-year fall in quarterly profits and continued negative shareholder reserves suggest margin pressure and profitability weakness. Existing shareholders may see the stock react negatively on profit compression concerns despite the strong top-line expansion.
