Sylph Industries Ltd has allotted 38,53,23,085 bonus equity shares of Re. 1 each to shareholders whose names appeared in the register on the record date of 17th December 2025. The bonus issue is in the ratio of 5 bonus shares for every 11 existing shares held. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 84,77,56,000 (84.77 crore shares) to Rs. 1,23,30,79,085 (123.30 crore shares). Fractional entitlements from the bonus issue will be ignored, with no cash payment in lieu. The new bonus shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares in all respects.
Shareholders' total share count will go up by about 45%, but since this is a bonus issue, the overall value of holdings should remain roughly the same — only the number of shares and the per-share price will adjust accordingly. The expanded share base could improve liquidity and make the stock more affordable for retail buyers.
