Total income fell 4.8% YoY to ₹252.92 Cr. PBDIT dropped 10.2% to ₹34.48 Cr with margins compressing 81 bps to 13.63%. 9M PAT declined to ₹4.25 Cr from ₹13.05 Cr, with Q3 posting a loss of ₹1.49 Cr. Reasons: delayed wind segment ramp-up, expansion-related costs, and a ₹0.64 Cr exceptional provision for new labour code. Foundry expansion to 45,000 TPA targeted by March 2026, 8MW solar project now operational. Full year revenue guidance of around 5% growth.
Profits under pressure from expansion costs. Margin compression and sharp PAT drop may weigh on stock, though new capacity ramp-up could support future growth.
