Syngene Q3 FY26 standalone revenue was Rs 8,344M, down 4.9% YoY (Rs 8,771M). Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 9,171M. Profit before tax and exceptional items dropped to Rs 959M from Rs 1,601M. Standalone PAT crashed to Rs 165M from Rs 1,659M due to a Rs 658M exceptional loss from Labour Code gratuity recalculation. For 9M FY26, standalone revenue rose 1.6% to Rs 24,638M. Statutory auditor BSR and Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review.
Soft Q3 revenue and a one-time Labour Code gratuity charge dented near-term PAT. Core margins also compressed. Auditor review clean, long-term outlook intact.
