Syrma SGS posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 1,151.4 crore (up about 39% YoY) and PAT of Rs 93.3 crore (up 85%). Consolidated revenue was Rs 1,264.2 crore. Prior period figures were restated due to NCLT-approved merger of SGS Infosystems and SGS Tekniks with the company, effective April 2023. Board extended long-stop dates for the 49% Ksolare Energy acquisition to Feb 20, 2026 and the Elemaster JV to Feb 28, 2026. A Rs 2.6 crore exceptional item was booked for new labour codes.
Strong YoY growth on restated base; merger restatement and repeated JV timeline extensions may need monitoring.
