Syschem India reported a strong Q2 FY26 with revenue from operations of Rs 117.92 crore, more than double the Rs 54.21 crore posted in Q2 FY25. Half-year (H1 FY26) revenue stood at Rs 244.68 crore, up about 56% from Rs 156.36 crore in H1 FY25. The company swung to a profit of Rs 1.90 crore in Q2 (from a Rs 0.64 crore loss) and Rs 3.57 crore for the half year (from a Rs 0.50 crore loss). Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 13.24 crore for the half year, compared to a negative figure at the end of FY25. The balance sheet shows no long-term borrowings, total equity of Rs 94.86 crore, and cash of Rs 4.41 crore. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report.
Sharp revenue growth, a clear swing back to profit, debt-free status, and positive operating cash flow are positive signals for shareholders. The numbers suggest improving business momentum, though margins remain thin and the results are unaudited.
